Last year, we sent an average of 20 property recommendations to investors with healthy budgets who were open to locations all around the British Isles. Take Aurora; this remarkable cabin in Cornwall was found, renovated, and joined the collection via our Property Finding Service, receiving 40 bookings in its first year.
We also found buyers for existing Unique Homestays properties that remain on the portfolio, including Supernova on the Isle of Skye and The Creamery in Devon (taking 58 and 51 bookings in their first year respectively).
