How to redeem your gift voucher

Working out how to access your unique gift voucher is the easy bit, the challenge will be choosing from the collection. Start by considering the range of experiences on offer: a birthday gathering at one of our large celebration homes, an anniversary in a luxury couples' retreat, or a dog-friendly escape with the whole family. The next bit is simple: select your dates then follow the prompts to go through the booking process. At the payment stage select 'Gift Voucher' as your chosen method, enter the reference and complete your booking.
You can also use your gift voucher against an existing booking. Simply log in to your reservation following the instructions in your confirmation email and head straight to the payments tab to redeem your voucher against an existing charge. Once you are there, click 'make payment', then select 'gift voucher' as the payment method and follow the prompts to enter your reference code and complete the transaction.
