There are big houses and there are beautiful houses, and then there´s Zephyros; big and beautiful! Thank you for providing the perfect place to celebrate an important birthday with three generations from across the UK. We all had a wonderful time and felt very welcome and looked after, we would highly recommend Unique Homestays.

We came to stay here because we both have quite high intensity jobs and we desperately needed to recharge together. We were hoping for somewhere at the edge of the world where we could watch the ocean, read books and switch off. That is exactly what ´The Edge´ has delivered. We could not have been more thrilled by the stunning views, the hot tub, the amenities and the overall experience. Thank you for giving us a sanctuary when we really needed it!

It was such a wonderful surprise, the amenities and convenience of a vacation rental with the level of service and property aesthetics one would expect from a boutique hotel. The best of both worlds. Unique Homestays always provide plenty of information about the property, with loads of photographs, as well as the extremely useful guide to the area, including places to visit as well as to eat. This makes the holiday so much more enjoyable and easier. We were particularly impressed with the Welcome Hamper that was left, which included sparkling wine and some gorgeous granola! Everything was provided, it was a real treat for us all and our mums both had a wonderful time.

We had a really lovely time staying at Isla Windmill - definitely a Unique Homestay. We can see that your properties are a cut above others, and look forward to the next time we´re able to stay in one of your places.

Understanding the exact property type for those specific clients is rare these days and Unique Homestays have the ability, expertise and a fully comprehensive property portfolio to successfully provide this service.

Sublime quality, great customer service and information, modern stylish and unique properties, experiences and suggestions. Wish there were more properties that could meet the standard required for this portfolio, particularly in Central Scotland. For now though, South West England will do nicely!

It was entirely the best weekend we could have had to celebrate my husband´s 60th. All the guests thought Anthology Farm was outstanding, the quality of the rooms, the shared spaces, the grounds and the swimming pool. The owner was really easy to deal with and texted me throughout the stay to check all was well. We had an incredible time and will definitely use Unique Homestays again. Thank you to everyone for all your assistance throughout the booking process - it felt really easy and seamless.

As a founder of a number of small ventures, I have booked corporate get-togethers around the globe (mostly in Europe) for many years. One of the takeaways is that there are (rare) aggregators which really do a great job of curating a set of outstanding properties. It might be something to do with tastes being aligned, but mostly I think it has to do with consistency of vision behind the choice for including this or that property. With this in mind, I definitely think you are an outstanding aggregator for UK - great job!

I had been looking for a company like Unique Homestays for a while that offer something a little different and of great quality. I often travel alone and the choice of small beautiful properties is amazing. I shall definitely be booking again. I feel the company cares about making sure everything runs smoothly from the booking, to queries to feedback.

The place had a ´wow´ factor, we really were blown away. It was one of the best places we´ve ever stayed in the UK. The waterfront window was mesmerising and we felt like we were on the edge of the world.

Our stay at Juneberry has been truly wonderful. Being amongst nature and all its beauty is an innate and natural desire that we all commonly share. Juneberry blends nature with comfort to create an enchanting yet homely stay. Hearing the birds chirp and the trees blow each morning is a wake up call like no other and we have thoroughly enjoyed being able to experience it.

I can thoroughly recommend the property and also the brilliant help we had from the staff at Unique Homestays who answered all my questions in advance and ensured we chose the perfect property to celebrate my 70th birthday and my daughter´s 40th.

Fjall is the very first property we have stayed at with Unique Homestays and from this stay, we have been thoroughly blown away by the attention to detail of every decoration, accessory and equipment provided. We loved the architecture and interior design! Truly a 5-star experience. We are convinced that Unique Homestays have taken holidays to a whole new level and will definitely be looking to stay at another Unique Homestays property.

We are big fans of Unique Homestays and have used the company three times in the last two years. We were looking for a house to accommodate our family and wanted something especially gorgeous beyond the usual ho-hum. This was above and beyond our expectations! Oska was the perfect blend of personalised and stylish, homely but not like you were tiptoeing around someone else’s life. The Cotton Tree looked beautiful on the website and was even more wonderful in real life. It was complete luxury for our family for the week. The house is practical whilst maintaining amazing boho decor and we can´t wait to book again. Everything about the castle is just perfect, all equipment is of good quality, the interiors look so special with the fire lit and the candles alight - a lovely welcome! Overall, the castle is well maintained, as are the grounds. The house manager is very helpful and explained everything well. Everything exceeded our expectations and we would definitely recommend Unique Homestays and Castle Trinity to all! Thank you.

We really enjoyed our stay at Valency Wood - the property is stunning and the location perfect. Having never used Unique Homestays before we were unsure of what to expect. The information provided before our trip was great and the welcome hamper was fab. The property had everything we needed, and the owner was a great host. He took us on a tour of his land and let the children drive his farm buggy! We would definitely recommend Valency Wood and Unique Homestays, and we can´t wait to stay here again!

We loved our stay at Wool Merchant’s House. We were so warmly greeted by the housekeeper and the welcome basket was abundant and impressive! It is stylish, charming, has multiple spaces to relax in and has both an open fire and a woodburner. We very much enjoy staying at properties that feel like a home-from-home, and The Flower Press is perfect. It is absolutely beautiful inside and out!
